These spring-loaded scissor is perfect for just about anything in the kitchen! I've used them on chicken, beef, fresh herbs, and even veggies! It's so much safer and easier to handle than a knife! I have little babies and these scissors allow me to cut their food so quick and so safe compared to a knife! It's made of a very high quality stainless steel and very well made that it's now a kitchen staple foe me. The packaging was great as well and it felt luxurious! I had a few questions for the seller before purchasing and they responded so quickly and answered all of my questions professionally. I highly recommend these scissors and the seller!

It's hard to hold, the handle is awkwardly positioned in relation to the blades. My hands are fairly large so I can make it work, not so for my wife. The notch for cutting the chicken bone is all the way at the back of the scissors, to get the bone in that notch you'll have to open the scissors all the way. That's the tricky part specially when your hands are slippery.

I had hoped this would work easily cutting meats but it doesn't seem to handle meat very well and definitely not chicken skin.

It was a bit difficult to press down and really cut it in one go. Not that siper sharp too, and has difficulty cutting. It also doesn't detach, making it impossible to clean.

I really like them but they rust at the drop of a hat! I’ve had my other sheers for 27 years and wore them out, these I had a week and they are rusty! Unreal, they look good, work good, but they rust like an old Mustang.
