We're sorry your product is less than perfect.


But no worries, we'll make it right! 


Most issues qualify for immediate replacement. To eliminate back-and-forth exchanges, we'll just need to collect all necessary information from you right off the bat.


1. Short description of the problem.

2. Picture of the problem if the issue is visible

3. Copy of your purchase receipt (screenshot OK). Please make sure your order number and date of purchase are visible on the receipt.

4. Shipping address - where would you like us to ship the replacement?

If we would like to receive the defective item back, a pre-paid postage label will be included.
