Returns - Our Guarantee to You
At MAIRICO, we stand behind the quality of our product and provide you 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, you have 30 DAYS to return.
- WE'LL EVEN PAY SHIPPING FOR YOUR RETURN! Contact us and we'll e-mail you a FREE pre-paid shipping label for your return.
- Shipping fees, if paid at time of purchase, are NOT refundable, unless we're responsible for an error in the order.
- Your product is eligible for return for ANY reason.
- You MAY return a product in lightly used condition, limited to ONE product in an entire order, and the remaining products MUST remain in new and sellable condition.
To complete your return, please send e-mail to email@example.com along with your order number and a brief reason to receive RMA number and pre-paid shipping label. It may take 5 business days after we receive your returned items to process your refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Rejection occurs rarely, but could happen in instances such as missing item, obvious abuse, etc.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. It may take several days for your financial institution to reflect a refund to your bank account.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet after 14 days, first check your bank account carefully. If it's not there, then contact you bank inquire about the duration as this depends on them.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
