I recently purchased a Mairico 11in carving knife for slicing brisket and I have to say it didn't disappoint. It came with a warranty that said "not perfect, let us know and we'll replace it". Well after using the knife to slice an 18lb brisket I washed it in hot water with Dawn dish detergent and dried it. I happened to look at it an noticed little speckles of what appeared to be rust or stains of some sort. I washed it again and they didn't go away. Long story short, I complained to Mairico and sent pictures of the issue and they promptly replaced the knife. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Mairico.
